Chemify OÜ, registry code [Registry code], registered in Tallinn, Estonia, is the controller of personal data processed through the Service. You can contact us at privacy@lugcia.com.

We collect the following categories of data:

• Account data: name, email address, and authentication details you provide when registering.
• Content data: product images, scripts, brand assets, and other materials you upload, plus the videos and other media generated from them.
• Billing data: plan, subscription status, and transaction metadata. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by us.
• Usage data: log data, device and browser information, pages visited, feature interactions, and approximate location derived from IP address.
• Communications: messages you send us, including support requests.

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including generating content from your inputs.
• To process payments, manage subscriptions and credits, and prevent fraud.
• To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support.
• To monitor, analyze, and improve the Service and develop new features.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

We rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR: performance of a contract (to provide the Service); our legitimate interests (to secure, analyze, and improve the Service); compliance with legal obligations; and your consent, where required (for example, certain analytics or marketing). You may withdraw consent at any time.

We share personal data with trusted processors who act on our behalf and under contractual safeguards. These include, among others:

• Supabase, database, authentication, and file storage.
• LemonSqueezy, payment processing and subscription management.
• Resend, transactional email delivery.
• PostHog and Vercel, product and web analytics, and hosting.
• Sentry, error monitoring.
• AI model and infrastructure providers used to generate content.

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data where required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Some of our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account, after which we will delete or anonymize your data unless retention is legally required.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or your local supervisory authority.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including access controls, encryption in transit, and row-level access restrictions. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect functionality.

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
